Area – 5000 acres

Terrain – undulating to hilly country, with a great mix of open grass country, cultivation paddocks and timber & scrub.

Lot of tracks easily accessible by 4wd & quads. There are also old logging trails excellent for trail bike riding

Game – pigs, fallow deer, foxes, rabbits, hares, goats (Goats take a couple – don’t blast them all away)

Accommodation

The cabin has four double bunk beds with hospital grade mattresses (sleeps 8), there is plenty of space to throw a swag on the floor if needed.

Bathroom with hot shower and flushing toilet.

There is 12v lighting, but no 240-volt power.

Wood heater – you will need a chainsaw to cut wood to fit into the fire

Second building is a camp kitchen with large open fireplace
